those in deal integration and valuation realisation at pwc will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

as a senior manager in pwc's corporate technology strategy team, you will help clients navigate some of their most strategic technology decisions—modernizing it, designing digital and ai strategies, and shaping future-ready operating models. You will lead workstreams, coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, and develop strategies that unlock business value through cloud, data, ai, and emerging technologies. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to make a visible impact on how organizations use technology to compete and grow. Responsibilities:
* supervise, develop, and coach teams in structured problem solving, data-driven analysis, and agile/modern delivery practices
* manage key client and stakeholder relationships; facilitate executive-level discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
* analyze and resolve complex business and technology problems using hypothesis-driven approaches
* lead the development of it operating models and corporate technology strategies aligned to business priorities
* drive integrated it and digital transformation programs across cloud, devsecops, data platforms, microservices, and modern engineering
