your mission, roles and responsibilities
* manage and coordinate information received from clients effectively, as well as analyze and implement variations both internally and in planning.
* responsible for production deployment to the plant and monitoring customer coverage.
* provide service to external and internal clients.

* shipping tpa (time-to-assist program).
* following up and contacting customers regarding negotiations.
* weekly download of customer demands.
* demand analysis using diamond analysis.
* notifying customers of increases or decreases above 15%.
* notifying the planning department of increases or decreases above 15%.
* preparing the pic (production planning index) and pdp (production development plan).
* running weekly mrp (material requirements planning) in sap.
* tracking invoicing according to the customer's schedule.
* scheduling trucks for customers.
* promote process improvement by generating improvement ideas.
* clean up sap releases to ensure they are loaded correctly.
* monitor internal and external alerts that could put the customer at risk.
