*what you’ll do*:
- lead and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and generate qualified leads
- collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- track and analyze key marketing metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize impact
- oversee our brand presence in industry events and webinars, including content development and promotion
- manage relationships with external marketing partners and vendors
*90 day outcomes*
- within the first 30 days, we expect:
- complete onboarding and gain a full understanding of profitcoach’s services, products, and target audience.
- assess and provide recommendations on current marketing initiatives, identifying quick-win opportunities for improvement.
- develop a 90-day marketing plan that outlines key initiatives, strategies, and deliverables.
- establish relationships with key team members, vendors, and partners.
- within the first 60 days, we expect:
- launch at least one new lead generation campaign across digital platforms, tracking and optimizing based on initial performance
- begin to implement seo improvements on the company website and optimize existing content for better performance.
- deliver first comprehensive marketing performance report, with actionable insights for improvement.
- within the first 90 days, we expect:
- execute a multi-channel campaign that increases brand awareness and lead generation for profitcoach’s services.
- achieve measurable growth in website and social media traffic and qualified leads from marketing efforts.
- finalize and implement a long-term content calendar, aligning marketing activities with company objectives.
- present a strategy for ongoing marketing improvements, including new ideas for partnerships, campaigns, or content to support business growth
*key responsibilities*
- develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- track performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and make adjustments to optimize results.
- collaborate with the sales team to develop materials and strategies that support lead nurturing and conversion.
- manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
- coordinate with external agencies and contractors to support marketing initiatives when necessary.
