*job summary*:
*key responsibilities*:
- send, receive, and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- answer incoming calls from clients and provide timely assistance.
- follow up on open cases and ensure proper resolution.
- maintain follow-up on pending tasks and internal processes.
- provide consistent follow-up with both internal and external clients.
*requirements*:
- intermediate level of english (spoken and written).
- strong communication and organizational skills.
- basic knowledge of microsoft word and excel.
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- customer service-oriented mindset.
*preferred qualifications*:
- previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus.
- attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*work schedule*:
- monday to friday 09am to 05pm
*compensation*:
- base salary, $2,500 mxn net weekly
