**About Us**
We are a growing real estate team seeking an **Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Transactions** to support our agents and clients throughout the contract-to-close process. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and efficiency. If you are highly organized and have experience with **KW Command**, **DocuSign and** **SkySlope (**Preferred**)**, we’d love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing through closing.
- Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and contract details.
- Organize, upload, and maintain digital transaction documents.
- Update records in **Command, SkySlope, spreadsheets, and CRM systems**.(preferred)
- Use **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)** to manage files and team communications.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or administrative assistant in real estate.
- Proficiency with **KW Command, Docusign** and **SkySlope** (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Compensation**
**-**Competitive pay, based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18,000.00 - $18,500.00 per month
