**Insights Sr Analyst**
**Main Purpose**
Strategic analysis of several topics that impact the long-term and short-term strategy of beverages and food, among other areas. With digital tools that belong to the Always On Engine system.
**Responsibilities**:
- Consult stakeholders on topic definitions, social listening measures, and filters to define objectives and set deliverables for standard and custom reports.
- Collaborate with MBS and Insights Capabilities to implement social analysis for short
- and long-term strategies and present insights back to inform key findings that will impute the act team’s decisions.
- Always On Engine tools setup including keywords, query parameters, lenses, and dashboards.
- Pull and interpret data from the Always On Engine tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, and influencers, will be important to dig deeper into humans truths, triggers, tensions, barriers, etc. to deliver people-centric analysis, leveling up the analysis to Social Intelligence rather than regular social listening
- Create and edit reporting deliverables for PowerPoint, Newsletter, dashboard, and Excel formats that transform social data into a clear story. Visualize findings legibly using charts, tables, and infographics, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data.
- Manage a deliverable calendar of recurring schedules and ad hoc reports.
- Adhere to global collaboration requirements including upkeep of shared calendars and the storage of report agreement documents and delivered reports.
- Share case studies and best practices with the global listening community of social media analysts.
Qualifications:
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychologist, Anthropologists, Business Management/ Administration
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in online/social media analytics marketing analytics, and social, cultural, and behavioral analysis.
- Advanced English is required
- 3 years of experience pulling data from social media listening/analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalkers, or Social Studio.
