your role and responsibilities
what you’ll do:
* monitor and resolve internal requests related to blocking/unblocking supplier accounts and invoices
* process invoices by matching pos or handling non-po entries — including manual tasks
* handle manual payments (e.g., energy bills) with precision
* investigate and resolve payment errors to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* collaborate across departments to follow up on outstanding payment items
* act as a key point of contact for supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries
* review and support the work of junior analysts
required education
associate's degree/college diploma
preferred education

* strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* solid experience in invoice processing and payment handling
* excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* team leadership or mentorship experience is a plus!
