your role is crucial for our growth, because you will:
* lead our full recruitment lifecycle to find top talent for our team in mexico.
* identify high-potential candidates who align with our values and culture.
* manage approximately six open positions across diverse projects and technical roles.
* prioritize tasks independently and balance multiple hiring needs at once.
* collaboration is essential; you will work with our talent attraction and acquisition team to reach collective goals.
* partner with employer branding by providing recruitment data to improve our market presence.
* work closely with hr bp, internal communication and hr administration teams in terms of hiring & onboarding.
* focus on candidate experience by building strong relationships and delivering measurable results for our organizational growth.
requirements
* proven solid experience in it recruitment (over 3 years for regular, at least 5 years for senior).
advanced sourcing expertise using boolean search and data-driven methods to identify niche talent.
solid understanding of software development roles and the technology ecosystem.
mastery of negotiation techniques to handle candidate objections and secure high-quality hires.
unwavering commitment to candidate experience and employer branding principles.
persistent and goal-oriented mindset to meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
appetite for continuous professional growth and new industry knowledge.
proficiency in english at a minimum b2 level for global teamwork.
