Job title: senior systems project lead, global sourcing
as a senior systems project lead for global sourcing, you will oversee the development of our application portfolio and processes to drive business effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on leading projects that solve problems and create new opportunities to assist in achieving business goals.
key responsibilities:
* project management: collaborate with multiple areas such as finance, legal, supply chain, it, and sourcing teams around the world to plan and deliver projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and achieving expected benefits.
* collaboration: build positive relationships with business teams and corporate function partners.
* continuous improvement: act as a change agent, identifying areas of procurement performance improvement aligned with the company's strategic direction.

requirements:
* bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, procurement, information technology, or related field is required.
* at least 5-7 years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, it, or related field with proven skills in project management preferred.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally address a wide and varied audience, including executive management both internally and externally.
* strong computer skills, including microsoft office products and project management software, preferred.
* intermediate knowledge of erp and master data management experience preferred.
* organizational and time management skills sufficient to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
