this role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that plm capabilities align with organizational goals.key responsibilities:collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to plm processes.translate business needs into functional specifications for aras innovator configurations and customizations.work closely with developers and system integrators to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing plm workflows, lifecycles, and data models.support user acceptance testing (uat), training, and change management activities.develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.stay current with aras innovator updates and industry best practices.required qualifications:3+ years of experience providing it support for technologies and processes, preferably with plm systems.bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.strong communication and collaboration abilities.ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.must be fluent in englishpreferred qualifications:hands-on experience with aras innovator or similar plm platforms.strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or life science industries.familiarity with aml, workflows, and aras data modeling.knowledge of integration with erp, cad, or other enterprise systems.experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies.employment opportunities for positions in the united states may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the united states
