we are looking for native level spanish social media community managers to excite and engage with their audience.
community managers:

By actively monitoring social media channels, we ensure that every comment and piece of content reflects positively and authentically on the brand. We thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating high volumes of content while integrating into the community. We are dedicated to building a secure, positive, and inclusive community where everyone can experience and share brand love.
what you’ll do:
* engage with brand audiences in the spanish markets across platforms (tiktok, instagram, facebook, etc.).
* address customer inquiries and comments with timely, professional responses in the brand voice.
* moderate and grow an enthusiastic online community, ensuring welcoming, inclusive spaces.
* support content planning and publishing aligned with client needs and brand tone.
* collaborate with internal teams and external partners as required.
working hours:
flexible across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to cover project hours as client needs dictate.
requirements:
* excellent spanish language writing skills; native level in spanish.
* advanced english proficiency for collaboration with global teams.
* experience in engagement, social customer care, or community management.
* knowledge of social platforms (facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest, tiktok, youtube, etc.) and trends.
* familiarity with tools like sprinklr, social sprout, scheduling tools, google chat, etc.
* interest in california culture and brand understanding; ability to learn the california brand and product offering.
* self-motivated, able to work remotely with structured, productive work habits.
it policy:
* byod policy with technical requirements: windows 11/macos 13 or higher, 8–16 gb ram, reliable home internet, webcam and headset, mobile device for 2fa; certain platforms not supported for local vms.
