Document control specialist
in this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the master copy of controlled documents. This includes ensuring proper security measures are in place to protect each document and record.

this is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a timely manner is essential.
responsibilities:
* receive and store the master copy of controlled documents.
* ensure proper security measures are in place for each document and record.
* receive and store ecns (engineering change notices) and records associated with new or revised documents.
* provide visibility of retained documents and locations to users.
* audit controlled documents within the facility, making corrections as needed and compiling the audit report.
* update computer systems with approved data and make decisions regarding which data should be entered into the correct table.
* archive hard copy and electronic files, making recommendations for deletion at the end of the retention period.
requirements:
* education: high school diploma or equivalent.
* experience: two years of related experience.
