powerapps developer
responsibilities include leading the technical design and architecture of power apps and power automate flows, developing and implementing best practices and governance, and evaluating new features and tools for power platform development.
mandatory skills:
* power apps (canvas/model driven apps, connectors using sp/azure/other sources/custom connectors, governance experience, working with m365 templates, dataverse, function apps integration, web resources, plugin registration, power automate templates, standard vs premium connectors, licensing models, coe, citizen development, sharepoint online, onedrive, ms teams, migration tools)
power bi: good understanding of communicating with business, building reports, working with various data connections, and writing complex queries for dashboards.
competency building and branding
* complete necessary trainings and certifications
* develop pocs, case studies, demos for new growth areas
* write white papers, blogs to showcase solution design and architecture
* attain market recognition through analyst rankings, client testimonials, partner credits
* speak at forums (internal and external)
* mentor developers, designers, junior architects
* contribute to architecture practice through interviews, etc.
team management
* resourcing: anticipate and hire talent as needed
* talent management: onboarding, training, building talent pool, managing attrition, promoting diversity
* performance management: set goals, conduct reviews, follow performance nxt
* employee satisfaction: lead engagement initiatives, track satisfaction scores
