responsabilities: -collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
-communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the information technology team; develops plans to implement these needs.
-evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.
-specifications, procurements and implementations of necessary technologies both software and hardware to maximize resource availability and efficiencies.
-oversees backup, security, and endpoint protection of all network devices.
-remains current on advances in technology.
-provides technical support to users; able to troubleshoot, repair and or replace all necessary hardware and software utilized by the enterprise.
-prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports.
-performs other related duties as assigned.
-asset management.
-multi-site/location support.
-risk assessment and management.
-comply with general dispositions applicable to all the personnel, such as: *adhere to ethical, technical and safety guidelines of the company.
(rules and regulations, codes, policies, procedures, protocols, etc.).
*report immediately any unsafe act or condition detected or aware of propose and implement improvement actions.
