to support our rapid growth in latin america, *huayan robotics* is seeking an experienced *sales manager* to lead our *cobot welding cell* business development efforts across *mexico*.
*key responsibilities*
- develop and execute a *strategic sales plan* to grow the *cobot welding cell* market in mexico.
- identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across key industries (automotive, metal fabrication, machinery, aerospace, and construction).
- manage and strengthen relationships with *existing customers, distributors, and system integrators*.
- lead the *entire sales cycle* — from lead generation and technical presentation to negotiation and closing.
- provide *technical guidance* to customers on welding processes (mig, tig, laser) and system integration (plc, python, sdk).
- monitor *market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback*, reporting insights to management.
- represent huayan robotics at *trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events* in mexico.
- consistently achieve or exceed assigned *sales targets and growth objectives*.
*qualifications & skills*
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred).
- *3+ years of sales experience* in industrial robotics, welding automation, or related equipment.
- hands-on understanding of *robotic arms*, *plc programming*, *python*, and *sdk integration*.
- knowledge of *welding technologies* (mig, tig, laser) is required.
- strong *technical and commercial acumen*, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- *fluent in spanish* (required); english proficiency preferred.
- excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- *self-motivated, result-driven*, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- must be a *mexican citizen* residing anywhere in mexico (remote position).
