the primary function of this role is to collaborate with regional and global teams to implement and maintain it infrastructure, ensuring a stable and secure environment. The position includes ticket management, incident prioritization, and continuous improvement of it services that directly impact assembly operations.

key responsibilities
• provide first-level support to company users, prioritizing critical incidents in the production area.
• install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, applications, communications, printers, and peripherals.
• manage and support lan connectivity (wired and wifi), ensuring operational continuity through scheduled and corrective updates.
• collaborate with global teams to resolve infrastructure issues and document solutions in the knowledge base.
• maintain constant communication with users to understand requirements and set clear expectations.
• deliver, configure, and support end-user devices (laptops, phones, peripherals) and associated applications.
• support network operations, desktop troubleshooting, and incident resolution, assisting the senior network engineer as needed.
required qualifications
• recommended certifications: mous, dcse, a+, network+ (ios) (at least two preferred).
• a+ or network+ certifications (valid or expired are considered).
• skills: teamwork, multi-client handling, and consultative abilities.
• personal profile: proactive, results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
