*about the role*:
this job will provide advanced technical support services to td synnex customers. Position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24*7 coverage together with td synnex's support team, such roles include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenances & onsite visits. Support will be provided to a wide variety of it infrastructure technologies.
*what you'll do*:
this position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the monitoring service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.
- monitoring service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may be alerted by the sama monitoring system alerted by the sama monitoring system.
- you will assume 24x7 support tasks, performing the basic follow-up of support incidents that may arrive by mail and/or telephone.
- you will actively collaborate in the attention of remote management requests from customers.
- you will support in the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers. Due to your visibility
- you will also adopt a pre-sales position and generate business opportunities in the form of new services or products.
- you will attend specific training on products monitored, supported and/or managed.
*what we're looking for*:
- 1+ years working as an l1 support engineer.
- bachelors degree.
- network arquitecture and operative systems skills.
- firewalls, routers & switching skills.
- knowledge on aws
- network monitoring skills.
