The supervisor manages personnel, communicates shift conditions affecting production, and controls shop floor and orange room panels of the spw system. Responsible for line stoppage and machine fault follow-up, working under pressure with a focus on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly results. Must be available to work shifts. This supervisory position involves union personnel management across three shifts. Basic to intermediate knowledge of plcs, hardware, software, communication protocols, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, mechanics, and control theory is required, along with maintenance and problem-solving skills.
preferred candidates will have a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering. High responsibility, commitment, and availability are essential. English proficiency should be between 60-80% in speaking, reading, and writing. Candidates should be proactive, able to work under pressure, and results-oriented.
