are you ready for the next step in your influencer marketing career? We are looking for a medior influencer marketing specialist who can independently manage campaigns from a to z for leading lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and tech brands. You’ll be responsible for daily contact with clients and influencers, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly. In addition, you’ll get to know our in-house talents and support them in their growth and social media strategies.
responsibilities
* independently set up, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns
* matchmaking: finding the right influencers for the right brand
* drafting creative briefings and presentations
* negotiating and finalizing influencer deals
* tracking results and translating them into clear reports and insights
* maintaining active client communication: from briefing to evaluation
* spotting new trends and opportunities in the influencer landscape
* close collaboration with the creative team and social media specialists
* supporting other departments such as talent management, pr, event management, and social content

qualifications
* has 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing
* has client-facing experience and can manage multiple campaigns at once
* works independently, accurately, and with a commercial mindset
* has an eye for detail and understands the bigger picture
* is an enthusiastic team player who takes initiative
* feels at home in the world of instagram, tiktok, and youtube
* thinks creatively and spots opportunities for brands and influencers to grow
* believes in our mission and brings fresh ideas to the table
* proactive & solution-oriented
* creative & strategic thinker
* bachelor-level working and thinking skills
* fluent in french and english, dutch is a plus
* experience with reporting tools and/or influencer platforms is a plus
