Industrial manufacturing trainer
we are seeking a skilled and experienced industrial manufacturing trainer for our mty 2 site.
Main activities
leadership and projects: lead trainer in process mts/manufacturing/assembly/wiring lines.
Lead at least 2 projects related to training process.
Training and onboarding: experienced in training operational staff, including general training, onboarding, practical sessions, production line, systems (smart apps), product knowledge, and general topics such as production and quality. Coordinate onboarding materials, track registration lists, evaluations, and deliver presentations.
Documentation and compliance: skilled in managing files, records, and documentation in one drive and my learning link (mll). Ensure compliance with se protocols and standards, and track essential courses and plant requirements.
System and safety management: responsible for updating mll users and lds systems (hc auditor, e-versatility auditor, smart apps). Conduct safety training, manage and deliver ppe, and follow up on 5s in training areas.
Support and evaluation: available to support operational activities, including shift rotation. Evaluate new hires and re-evaluate ndvc and dvc personnel. Support activities in learning corner/digital center/training lab/quality academy.
Qualifications
a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
Significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
+2 years of experience in a similar role.
Effective communication and teaching skills.
Proficiency in microsoft office, tableau, digital ai tools, and excel.
Advanced english level.
