- university degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering
- 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment
- very good command of english
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to learn quickly and teach others
- motivated by solving problems and helping others
- competent in windows systems, ms office tools and other systems will be an advantage
- experience in m2m telematics would be a competitive advantage
*responsibilities*:
- manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
- troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
- work with the engineering team on the more complex issues
- reports and direct subordination to the regional manager in mexico.
*basic conditions*:
- full training
- office located in mexico city (coyoacan area) preferably who lives in the area.
- working hours: mon-fri, 9.00 am - 18.00 pm (officially), exceptionally on weekends
- willing to travel frequently for working purposes
