collaborating with a diverse, cross‐functional team, you'll drive projects that redefine operational excellence and future‐proof our supply chain.your key responsibilities will includeinfrastructure & layout projectsredesign and execute expansion, reconfiguration, and densification projects (e.g., hybrid staging cells).
solve bottlenecks in staging, picking, returns, and shipping through layout optimization.coordinate infrastructure upgrades, including racks, conveyors, and automation spaces.technology & automation implementationanalyze automation opportunities (e.g., sorters, agvs, shuttle systems, robotics).
evaluate emerging technologies and lead integration projects with it, operations, and suppliers.advanced analytics & decision modelsbuild productivity simulations (layout scenarios, flows, and occupancy).
develop data‐driven analyses to assess project impacts (roi, payback, added capacity).
validate investments using financial and operational models.supplier & capex managementselect and negotiate with infrastructure, automation, and technology suppliers.manage high‐value capex projects (≥ * mdp) with risk matrices and compliance contracts.cross‐functional project managementcoordinate multi‐disciplinary teams (logistics, engineering, it, finance, safety, quality).
