* 3-5 years of b2b sales experience in freight forwarding (proven track record required)
* detailed knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight services
* excellent closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile
* primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence
* intermediate to advanced english language skills (b1-b2), both written and spoken
* digital skills: proficient in crm tools, microsoft office, and presentation platforms
