About the role
as a change management manager at deloitte’s americas delivery mexico (admx), you will partner with industry‑leading clients to guide strategic decision‑making, design user adoption programs, and lead cross‑functional teams on business transformation initiatives.
key responsibilities
* advise clients on strategic decision‑making, organization‑wide enhancements, and initiatives to increase productivity, performance, and long‑term profitability.

* deliver project excellence by supporting cross‑functional teams using industry‑leading project management and agile delivery principles to ensure successful execution and project outcomes.
* partner with client stakeholders to identify and assess change impacts, manage risks, and develop tailored mitigation plans to ensure project success.
* contribute beyond client work by participating in internal initiatives such as practice development, proposal writing, recruiting, eminence building, and community engagement.
key qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, it, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
* professional experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership strategy, learning strategy, and/or change management strategy in a consulting or industry role.
* experience developing presentations using microsoft office suite with proficiency in powerpoint and excel, including data visualization and storytelling.
* experience with training strategies, developing materials with smes, and coordinating delivery to support adoption.
* experience leading stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy, including stakeholder mapping, personas, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and resistance management.
* project management experience, including workplan development, organization, and strategic planning.
* experience partnering with general delivery teams and managing cross‑time‑zone execution.
* experience delivering projects for us‑based clients.
* advanced english level.
* ability to lead, mentor, and coach junior staff.
