role summary
we are looking for a project coordinator – uipath (rpa) to support the delivery of robotic process automation (rpa) projects. The role involves coordinating business stakeholders, uipath developers, qa teams, and project managers to ensure smooth execution, tracking, and reporting of automation initiatives.
key responsibilities
project coordination & tracking
- support execution of uipath automation projects from initiation to production rollout.
- track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- maintain project trackers for tasks, timelines, and action items.
- coordinate activities across development, testing, uat, and deployment phases.
stakeholder & team coordination
- coordinate between business users, uipath developers, architects, and qa teams.
- schedule and facilitate project meetings, stand‐ups, and review calls.
- prepare and circulate minutes of meeting (mom) and action items.
documentation & pmo support
- maintain project plans, raid logs, and status reports.
- ensure documentation aligns with delivery and governance standards.
agile / sprint support
- support sprint planning, backlog tracking, and sprint reviews.
- track sprint progress, uat coordination, and sign‐offs.
reporting & metrics
- prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
- track automation progress, risks, defects, and timelines.
- escalate risks and delays to the project manager or delivery lead.
required skills & qualifications
- basic understanding of rpa concepts and uipath platform.
- familiarity with automation or it delivery lifecycle.
- working knowledge of excel, powerpoint, jira / azure devops / ms project.
- strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
education
bachelor's degree in engineering, it, computer applications, or business (preferred).
