Requirements
* bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, electronics, industrial maintenance engineering, or a related field.
* responsible for applying engineering principles to optimize equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets, ensuring improved equipment maintainability, reliability, and availability.
* lead the development, implementation, and execution of complex, sustainable, and robust projects to achieve cost, quality, and performance targets.
skills & experience
* hands‑on experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
* strong knowledge of safety standards, 6s, and iso systems.
* proficiency in computer skills and engineering software such as microsoft office, solidworks, autocad, and similar tools.
* advanced english proficiency.
* strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to plan tasks, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
* experience training and developing team members.
* ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
key responsibilities
* coordinate the reception of newly acquired equipment (custom‑built, catalog, new or modified), ensuring all required documentation, training, tools, materials, and resources are in place to support long‑term maintainability.
* lead the validation and acceptance of new or transferred equipment, including functionality, documentation, safety compliance, and backups.
* provide engineering support for the launch and setup of new production lines.
