an international client is looking for an experienced maintenance manager with a background in extrusion of plastic!
This is a great opportunity to lead the maintenance department in the planta based in monterrey, apodaca.
As the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the execution of the facility’s maintenance processes. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and be responsible for continually assessing preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant. Group work performance through critical maintenance metrics and developing training plans to fit current and future needs.
- 10 years of experience, 5 years of experience with team and budget management.
- experience with plastic extrusion.
- electrical or mechanical engineering degree
- advanced english
- experience with plc troubleshooting, software, and logic.
- knowledge of: thermodynamics, heat transfer, mass flow, and mechanical engineering.
