Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for compensation projects as well as providing employee support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies & programs.
- Leads in the development of annual salary structures, compensation analyses ;
- Leads annual merit increases, distribution & analysis;
- Leads in compensation and benefit surveys to analyze the company’s position to market and competitiveness;
- Reviews and provides consultation on compensation analyses such as market adjustments;
- Conducts job evaluation and provide salary proposal esp. for senior level positions.
- Daily administration of saving fund;
- Loans registration and management of saving found;
- Medical insurance administration and support to employees(for both Major & Minor Medical);
- Life insurance administration and support to employees;
- Ensure prompt and clear communication to employees reg. saving fund, medical expenses and life insurance etc.
- Participation in onboarding process & attention to employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience;
- Skilled in using Tress systems, and office software;
- Well understanding of Mexican labor laws and tax regulations;
- Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various departments;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
