* develop embedded control algorithms using model-based design (mbd) methodology with matlab, simulink, and stateflow.
* perform model-in-the-loop (mil) simulation, analysis, and testing to validate models against system specifications.
* generate production-ready code using auto-code generation tools like simulink coder, embedded coder.
* develop scripts (matlab scripting, automation scripting) to optimize modeling workflows and testing processes.
* interface models with vehicle communication protocols such as can, spi, uart, or i2c; experience with can-related tools (canalyzer, canoe) is a plus.
* translate system-level and software requirements into structured model architectures.
* conduct model reviews, code inspections, and formal v&v (verification & validation) activities.
* lead/support discussions with internal teams and suppliers related to embedded model architecture and implementation.
* develop system/component test plans and support verification when required.
* create project timelines and execute plans to establish milestones and successful deliveries.
profile
* bachelor's in electrical engineering or related fields.
* more than 5 years of combined experience in fw development, validation, and deployment.
* more than 2 years of experience in embedded model development and auto-code generation.
* microcontroller mcu architecture knowledge, stm32 is a plus.
* embedded & realtime software development – c/c++, assembly languages, python.
* configuration management (git, github, repo).
* experience in low‑level drivers development.
* organizational skills, ability to work in a team, above‑average communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

* solid experience using laboratory equipment and development tools for testing and debugging.
