Job summary
\
as a seasoned implementation specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, facilitating the successful implementation of projects. Your key responsibilities include conducting initial project activities, analyzing existing client systems, interface requirements, and critical business issues (cbis) with a consultative approach.
\
you will develop design documents and provide professional consulting services in areas such as product/service customizations, business process optimization, complex reporting, and special projects related to implementation efforts. The goal is to ensure accurate requirements are captured.
\
additionally, you will consult with clients on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation, and business best practice solutions to solve their cbis. You will also participate in establishing and monitoring client implementation schedules and report status to project teams.
\
in this role, you will prepare individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones, consistent with industry standards. You are expected to independently manage your workload to meet project timelines and communicate with clients and project teams as defined in implementation best practices.

education/credentials:
\
* bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
* minimum two years of communication, leadership, and general business training or equivalent preferred
* some formal training or experience in project management is helpful
* industry-related certifications, including phr, cpp, or fpc, are a plus
* minimum one to two years of technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems implementations required

experience:
\
* fluent in english and spanish
* minimum of two to three years of experience working on global projects
* minimum of two years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or practitioner in a relevant industry, or with software implementations required
* previous experience presenting face-to-face to a client
* some experience conducting training sessions is helpful
* prior experience working independently in a virtual setting highly preferred
* work experience or certifications in customer service, business analysis, project management, networking, database usage, sql desired but not required
* technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems implementations required
* prior experience working with enterprise etime, payroll, and/or human resource practices and systems is a must
