Join our commercial team as a key account assistant. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the key accounts team in managing clients, executing commercial plans, order tracking, internal coordination, and attending to client/team needs.
this role is located in querétaro, méxico.
a taste of what you’ll be doing
1. data gathering and decision making: analyze dashboards and reports to convert business data into actionable decisions.
2. cross-functional collaboration: lead interactions between catman/insights, planning, and kam to generate business opportunities.
3. initiative tracking: monitor initiatives and skus, identify trends, deviations, and review sales reports for appropriate actions.
4. business performance analysis: prepare and report on business performance for stakeholders, focusing on snacks and cereals markets.
5. account support: support management and tracking of key accounts, prepare presentations, reports, and manage client information.
6. internal coordination: work with logistics, finance, marketing, and demand departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
7. product cataloging and billing monitoring: assist in product cataloging with gs1 and monitor billing figures for client analysis.
8. market information analysis: capture and analyze market data to identify opportunities, monitor promotions, and manage purchase orders.
we’re looking for someone with
1. bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, business, or related field.
2. at least 6 months of experience in commercial areas, customer service, or trade marketing, preferably in consumer goods.
3. proficiency in excel and powerpoint, with ability to create tables and dynamic charts.
4. detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
5. intermediate english skills.
