Tech talent acquisition specialist

in this role, you will be responsible for leading our tech talent acquisition efforts in latam, leveraging your expertise to build relationships with top candidates and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top tech talent in latam
* build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and potential candidates
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns
* source and screen top candidates for open positions, utilizing advanced search techniques and social media platforms
* provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
requirements:
* minimum 3 years of experience as a tech recruiter or similar role in nearshoring firms in latam
* advanced english skills (c1) and excellent communication skills
* experience with profiling/resume writing and sourcing/scanning for it profiles
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
