e-commerce marketing manager
to join the team. As a
marketing manager,
you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies, leveraging advanced technology to scale the company's growth across multiple channels. This role emphasizes the use of cutting-edge marketing automation tools, data-driven insights, and performance analytics to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring marketing initiatives are tech-driven, optimized, and aligned with organizational goals.

what you'll do
* develop and execute tech-driven marketing strategies:
* leverage marketing automation platforms to design and optimize omnichannel campaigns.
* leverage technology across channels to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
* create and execute marketing plans with a focus on scalability, performance, and efficiency.
* optimize digital campaigns and analytics:
* expand digital advertising efforts to target key b2b decision-makers and enhance brand awareness.
* use google analytics, tag manager, and data studio to monitor and analyze web traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
* optimize pay-per-click (ppc) campaigns across platforms, ensuring maximum roi.
* marketing automation and lead management:
* implement and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and workflows in crm to streamline lead management processes.
* enhance email marketing automation with personalized, behavior-triggered campaigns.
* monitor and improve customer journeys using insights from marketing tools and crm integrations.
* content and campaign development:
* design impactful content strategies, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and video tutorials, to engage target audiences.
* manage campaigns across existing and new platforms to expand market reach and drive qualified leads.
* partner with internal teams to align campaign messaging with sales and product initiatives.
* customer and market insights:
* conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitive positioning.
* leverage analytics to identify high-performing channels and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
* conduct a/b testing and performance tracking to refine messaging and campaign tactics.
* collaborate cross-functionally:
* work with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, roadmap updates, and customer needs.
* collaborate with the sales team to provide sales and channel enablement tools, training, and insights derived from marketing campaigns.
* partner with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and optimization when needed.
what you need
* proven track record of creating and executing successful b2b marketing campaigns.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools.
* hands-on experience with digital media, marketing automation, and crm platforms.
* expertise in google analytics, tag manager, and other analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
* creative and digital agency management experience
* experience in creating full-funnel content, including case studies and thought leadership
* exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
* technical proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization across multiple platforms.
* ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* preferred qualifications
* experience in video communication and/or consumer electronics industry.
* ability to coordinate b2b and dtc marketing campaigns.
* familiarity with digital advertising platforms (google ads, linkedin, meta).

* this is a full-time, long-term position.
* the position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with tlnt.
* work from home.
