role description
this is a full-time on-site role for an asistente ejecutiv@ de grupos y convenciones located in bahía de banderas, nay. The role entails assisting with the coordination and execution of group events and conventions, managing communication between departments, liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met, preparing event materials and reports, and supporting the event planning and execution processes. The assistant will ensure events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.
qualifications
* strong organizational and multitasking skills
* excellent communication and customer service skills
* experience in event planning and coordination
* proficiency with office software such as microsoft office suite
* ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* fluent in spanish and english
* previous experience in hospitality or luxury resort settings is a plus
* bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field preferred
