We are looking for a Full Stack Systems Developer to join our high-impact project developing biometric authentication infrastructure for IB360 Client. In this role, you'll work with cross-platform technologies to bridge hardware and software—integrating biometric workflows, USB sensors, and APIs within Android and Windows environments using .NET MAUI. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in low-level device handling, cross-platform deployment, and API bridging.
Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
The Idóneo Candidate Has:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with MAUI.NET development for cross-platform applications (Android and Windows).
- Advanced proficiency in C# and understanding of Android native development (Java).
- Deep knowledge of API design and IPC integration.
- Experience interfacing with USB devices and implementing asynchronous device communication (.aar on Android, .dll on Windows).
- Familiarity with SQLite and other local database solutions.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and debugging mobile apps (APK generation, device configuration, logs).
- Comfort with configuring, testing, and documenting APIs using tools like Postman.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Windows and Android applications that host and map API/IPC interfaces to biometric workflows using MAUI.NET libraries.
- Create, test, and maintain software installers and deployment packages (.MSIX and .APK).
- Build sample applications to demonstrate API/IPC usage for both platforms.
- Collaborate on diagnostic tools to monitor and visualize real-time server and device activity.
- Contribute to repository management and ensure all project assets are documented and version‑controlled.
