Position summary
we are looking for a human resources general coordinator to lead and coordinate all hr processes—including recruitment, training, compensation, labor relations, and organizational development. This role will ensure alignment between people and business strategies, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both unionized and administrative personnel.
responsibilities
* lead recruitment and selection processes at all levels, from operational to managerial positions, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
* design, coordinate, and track training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and organizational performance.
* manage labor relations with the union, ensuring compliance with the collective agreement and maintaining open, transparent communication.
* partner with supervisors and managers to strengthen leadership skills, engagement, and retention.
* ensure compliance with mexican labor law and internal hr policies.
* administer payroll, compensation, and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.
* develop and report hr indicators and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
* drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) and foster a positive organizational culture.
* support internal and external audits (iso, compliance, or quality systems).
