we are looking for a:
*key account manager - méxico*
- full time, méxico (guadalajara, mexico city, monterrey)_
farm frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market.
to help realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated key account manager méxico.
*your role*
in this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and nurturing key accounts across various market segments like leisure chains, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
you'll play a key role in building strong partnerships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- create new businesses in mexico: foodservice distribuitors and end users.
(main cities: guadalajara, mexico d.f., monterrey, puebla, toluca and cancun)
- management of the client portfolio, involving visits and meetings, preparation of commercial proposals, billing forecast and closing of partnerships;
- personalized presentation of products, working with a focus on overcoming results and solidifying the organization's image;
- increase the number of end users using our products, focusing in showing the quality and functionality of our whole portfolio in the foodservice channel.
- develop and maintain a good relationship with the entire customer chain, as a way to guarantee a high level of satisfaction and capture opportunities for growth;
- competitor analysis and identification of market trends in mexico.
- responsible for being present at trade shows and events related to the company business;
- support in the implementation of the company's strategies, understanding the needs of each client (pdv);
- elaboration of spreadsheets, reports and handling of various documents, complying with all the necessary procedures and ensuring easy access to information for direct managers.
*your team*
you will be part of our sales team in méxico and report directly to the area manager for north latam.
you will work with your colleagues in a pleasant working environment and in a positive atmosphere to drive the growth of farm frites.
*education and skills*
- degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related discipline;
- proactive;
- minimum of 3 years experience in sales.
- good knowledge of food service channel;,
- basic computer skills, including os office (excel, power point);
- strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- ability and willingness to travel within territory, as required;
- sense of urgency to reverse results, exploring the maximum potential of each client/territory;
- english: intermediary level (minimum).
