Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations. Our team provides valuable financial insight to the business for key areas such as planning, budgeting and forecasting.
**Shape your Financial planning strategy**
As a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating order management - process order intake and input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing, and collection activities.
- Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field job data, as well as maintaining SAP job data entries.
- Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system.
- Maintaining contact for customer inquiries and customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
- Working with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
- Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined, and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
- Training, cross-training, and mentoring of new and experienced billers.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or related careers.
- Have 2-3 years of previous experience with billing.
- Intermediate English level.
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in SAP and Office Tools.
