key responsibilities:
* develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
* lead key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
* maintain high standards of leadership and mentorship to develop the hotel executive team.
* ensure adherence to hilton brand service standards and promote a culture of excellence.
* control costs, source revenue opportunities, and make decisions in the best interest of the hotel.
candidate profile:
* proven experience as a hotel manager in a similar quality hotel.
* degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent.
* experience in all-inclusive and high-volume operations.
* strong commercial acumen and profitability experience.
* excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* deep knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
