About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and energetic LinkedIn Content & Account Specialist to support the delivery and fulfillment of LinkedIn marketing services for our clients. This role blends client coordination and content management to help business leaders grow their LinkedIn presence with consistent, strategic, and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, gathering materials, and ensuring a smooth start.
- Plan and schedule weekly LinkedIn content, ensuring all posts are organized, approved, and ready for publishing.
- Create weekly LinkedIn post drafts (five per week) from client raw materials such as calls, recordings, transcripts, and notes.
- Gather client feedback, refine drafts, and finalize posts before scheduling them for publication.
- Optimize post timing, tone, and engagement to increase reach and visibility as part of clients’ organic growth strategies.
- Assist in lead generation efforts by making prospect lists and using LinkedIn tools to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients.
- Familiarity with tools such as HeyReach and Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience in lead generation and building prospect lists is a strong plus.
