the customer service delivery manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients, managing customer retention, and analyzing operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
the successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
key responsibilities:
* leverage expertise to deliver pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers.
* manage customer retention, participating in concern resolution and developing a customer contact strategy.
* analyze operational processes, escalation procedures, and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to customers/clients.
about the role:
* select, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure efficient operation of the function.
* develop customer service department procedures.
* review warranty claims and manage return materials authorization (rma) processes for customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree certification.
* experience in process management, kpi management, administrative operations analysis, and coordination.
* proficiency in database management, erp, crm, and microsoft/google suite software.
* intermediate-advanced english language proficiency.
* problem-solving and critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
