job summary:
we are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in mexico. As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
responsibilities:
- manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to ensure smooth customer service operations
- process customer orders and analyze schedules against agreed contracts
- monitor inventory levels and initiate emergency measures if required
- support the dispatch process and outbound truck planning
- ensure accuracy of finished goods inventory and support cycle counting and stock take processes
- monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and customer satisfaction metrics
- support sales teams with vcm-related recharges to customers
- manage demand and interface with customers in sap ibp
requirements:
- degree in economics or engineering
- customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- english language proficiency at c1 level
- ms-office and erp system knowledge, preferably sap
- self-starter, organized, quick learner, and result-oriented individual
- ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively
