Franchise business developer

di di is building a brand‑new business model for the mobility industry in mexico. We need a franchise business developer to drive this expansion, acting as a business consultant and helping partners grow from “0 to 100” while ensuring the highest operational standards.
responsibilities
* manage the end‑to‑end relationship with partners, from initial onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
* provide data‑driven consulting by using dashboards and kpis to identify gaps and offer actionable advice.
* spend approximately 90% of time in the field, building relationships and understanding the local market.
* represent didi in the field and promote the brand’s values.
qualifications
* minimum 4years’ experience in business development, key account management (kam), or sales.
* industry background in corporate banking (pyme), fleet/leasing management, or franchise development is preferred.
* strong commercial “grit” to open new markets combined with an analytical mindset to manage a portfolio.
* proficient in excel and the google suite.
* native spanish speaker; basic english proficiency is a plus.
