Bilingual it sourcerkey responsibilities• proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including linkedin, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.• build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.• conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with candidates in english and spanish.• partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.• track and update candidate information accurately in the ats.• research market trends and talent availability to support sourcing strategies.• deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.qualifications• fluent in english (both written and spoken).• +2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related field• knowledge of boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.• experience using linkedin recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.• excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
