- *key responsibilities*:
- lead development of integrated access strategies for underserved populations across mexico.
- build business cases aligning health equity initiatives with commercial and esg priorities.
- collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, roi, and sustainability of access programs.
- design and manage programs combining products with value-added components.
- define and track kpis including patient outcomes, reach, and social return on investment.
- establish strategic alliances with health authorities, ngos, and academic institutions.
- represent novartis mexico in key partnerships and health equity events.
*essential requirements*:
- minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare access, health systems, or business administration roles.
- proven success in building and executing business cases for impact-driven programs.
- experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or development sectors, ideally in emerging markets.
- strong understanding of mexico’s healthcare system and access challenges.
- fieldwork experience in underserved communities across mexico is a strong advantage.
- professional proficiency in english and fluency in spanish.

- experience engaging with esg frameworks and sustainability initiatives in healthcare.
- advanced degree in public health, health economics, or related field.
