We are looking for a post-trade operations professional to support otc digital asset transactions after execution. This role focuses on settlement, reconciliation, transaction tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external counterparties. Responsibilities monitor otc trades after execution and support settlement workflows track transaction status across wallets, exchanges, and internal systems handle reconciliation of trade records and resolve discrepancies coordinate with trading, finance, and operations teams maintain accurate post-trade records and reporting support process improvements across post-trade operations mandatory experience in operations, post-trade, settlements, or reconciliation strong attention to detail good understanding of financial markets or trading operations fluent english ability to manage multiple workflows at the same time preferred experience with digital assets, otc desks, or crypto trading platforms familiarity with wallet transfers, exchange settlements, or blockchain transactions experience in fintech, trading, or financial services compensation base salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year token allocation: not applicable legacy: performance bonus and career growth opportunities
