we are seeking a dedicated case manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals navigate challenging situations and provide reassurance throughout our services
duties
* provide case management services to clients.
* conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and address any emerging needs every 30 days.
* collaborate with other departments to obtain information to relay to our clients as updates or follow ups.
* maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
* manage a case load of clients.
* calls per day.
requirements
* experience or knowledge in areas such as timeshare, timeshare exit, case management, customer service.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* native or fluent english
job type: full-time
pay: $5, $6,000.00 per week
experience:
* timeshare: 1 year (preferred)
* timeshare exit: 1 year (preferred)
* customer service: 5 years (preferred)
