*responsibilities/main duties*reporting to senior strategy manager, this role is responsible for executing business development actions to seek business alternatives, new market prospects/opportunities related to global care services (e.g., hunting) and business channels to do profitable business in latam starting in mexico.
*key responsibilities/ accountabilities include*:- coordinating with company executives and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends, and proposing new business ideas to create revenue- executing business development strategies to identify business opportunities on gcs (global care services), possible new market, clients/sales and new prospects- utilizing research and information to build/propose business plans and create customer value propositions- partnering with internal stakeholders to learn from current internal products/services in genworth- implementing periodical reports to share advance on: research, data, market- coordinating with senior leadership team (slt) to inform about possible new products/services to new segments and clients and build synergies- successfully communicating and tracking of possible deals/opportunities to the team involved- building contacts and industry relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, or providers/vendors- assisting in the preparation and management of budgets for prospects- preparing presentations, reports, and tender responses for prospects- providing support to service contract negotiations- contributing regulatory, market (customer and distributor) feedback for internal product/services approval process- keep up to date on changes in the relevant regulatory environmentskills & experience*essential*- bachelor science on related field and mba studies.- english proficiency- impeccable verbal and written communication skills- proactive and with industry connections- data analysis skills- previous sales and business development experience (3.4 years) in similar role- microsoft proficiency: excel, pp, outlook, etc.- demonstrated ability in business-to-business (b2b) sales- familiarity with project management methodologies- familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management- problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions- ability and willingness to travel domestic and international for meetings with prospective and clients, partners and/or vendors*desirable*:- experience in care services, health industry or related.- insurance background
