requirements
* bachelors degree in law (mandatory)
* advanced english (mandatory)
* preferably a postgraduate degree or specialization in corporate law, commercial law, or related fields.
experience
* 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or commercial law.
* experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
* knowledge of labor, tax, commercial, and data protection regulations
functions and responsibilities
* advise the company on legal, contractual, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
* draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements, employment contracts, and other legal documents.
* work closely with hr on activities involving the legal area
* manage corporate matters: company incorporation, bylaw amendments, minutes, powers of attorney, shareholders meetings, and compliance with obligations before regulatory authorities.
* monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on business operations.
* legally represent the company before administrative, regulatory, and judicial authorities, when applicable.
* coordinate and supervise external legal services.
* implement internal compliance policies, legal risk management, and personal data protection.
* respond to internal inquiries from different areas of the organization and support strategic projects.
* maintain control and filing of relevant legal documentation, contracts, and corporate records.
