- you are a professional with a technical background, holding a degree in food science, chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- you demonstrate a passion for the bakery industry and have a solid practical understanding of the bakery process. Previous experience working in the baking industry is a must.
- you have at least 5+ years of sales and/or account management experience with the demonstrated ability to facilitate customer growth.
- you collaborate with others and perform well in complex cross-functional teams.
- you are self-motivated and like to be challenged while working for a dynamic organization.
- you have strong organizational skills.
- you can set your own prioritization in line with customer and business goals.
- you hold yourself accountable and are always motivated to improve.
- you possess good negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
- you can develop and implement short

You will be reporting to the health & bioscience latam sales director. However experience working within a matrix organization is a must.
